as Airbnb) are strictly prohibited without the LESSOR's
prior written consent following a review of the prospective

-Consumption and cultivation of cannabis are strictly
prohibited in all areas, including private and common

-This is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking and vaping are
not permitted indoors.

-Only cats are permitted as pets. No other animals allowed
without written authorization from the LESSOR.

-The LESSEE shall return the property in the same condition
of cleanliness as at the start of the lease, excluding
normal wear and tear.

-All included furniture and appliances must be returned in
the same condition as at the beginning of the lease, except
for normal wear.

-If the lease is not renewed, the LESSEE agrees to allow
access for all visits requested by the LESSOR for potential
new tenants, with at least 24 hours' notice.
