Tenants agree to the following conditions:

- The tenant must provide proof of liability insurance and tenant insurance with a minimum coverage of $2 million and must ensure that their Hydro-Québec account is activated no later than 72 hours prior to taking occupancy of the dwelling.

- No pets are permitted.

- No smoking is permitted, including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping.

- Any rental offer is conditional upon a credit check to the landlord's full satisfaction. The prospective tenant shall provide all information required to conduct the credit check, at the tenant's own expense.

- Appliances will not be replaced or repaired.

- No subletting, assignment of the lease, or lease termination shall be permitted without the landlord's prior written consent.

- Short-term rentals or rentals through platforms such as Airbnb are strictly prohibited.

- The tenant must notify the landlord of any damage or major repair required within a reasonable period of time in order to prevent the issue from worsening.

- The tenant shall be responsible for any damage caused to the dwelling beyond normal wear and tear.

- The tenant is not authorized to paint, modify, or renovate the dwelling without the landlord's prior written consent.
